Day 1: A Transformational Visit to Eli Lilly & Company

Our students had an incredible opportunity to visit Eli Lilly, where they were welcomed by executives and given an inspiring tour of the company’s headquarters.

During the visit, they learned about the remarkable history of Colonel Eli Lilly, who founded the company in 1876 with a background in pharmacology. From its humble beginnings to becoming a global leader in healthcare, Lilly’s story is one of innovation, purpose, and impact.

As Lilly prepares to celebrate 150 years of excellence in 2026, this visit offered a powerful reminder of how vision and dedication can create lasting change.

We’re grateful to Lilly for opening their doors and sharing such a meaningful experience with the next generation of leaders.

Day 2: Inside the Indianapolis Colts Training Facility

What an incredible day at the Indianapolis Colts Training Facility!

As part of the College Student Game Day Experience, our students learned directly from Colts executives Matt Conti, David Thornton, and Kyle Davis — gaining insight into their career journeys, leadership roles, and time in the NFL.

Students asked thoughtful, career-focused questions and walked away with lessons they can apply to their own professional paths.

A special highlight was a behind-the-scenes tour of the Colts’ world-class facilities — including a visit to the team meeting room, where students experienced what it feels like to sit where the players do.

Day 3: Game Day to Remember – Raiders vs. Colts

Our pre-med focused students enjoyed an unforgettable Game Day Experience at the Raiders vs. Colts matchup!

The day began with exclusive conversations with Dr. Navdeep Singh (Raiders’ Team Doctor), Pete Ward (Colts’ COO), and Stephanie Pemberton (VP of Marketing) — offering firsthand insight into leadership, preparation, and purpose behind the NFL scenes.

From there, students stepped onto the field during pregame, capturing photos with Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin, meeting media members, and even catching a pass from a player!

One of the most inspiring moments came when Raiders Team President Sandra Douglass Morgan stopped by to connect with the group — sharing words of encouragement and posing for photos.

The day concluded with the Colts postgame press conference, followed by student reflections on leadership, communication, and professionalism in sports business.
