The St. Brown Foundation Founded by Amon-Ra St. Brown and SEBE Foundation Announce Groundbreaking Partnership to Expand Global Access, Career Exposure, and NFL Networking Opportunities for College Students
New collaboration will provide college students with exclusive domestic and international NFL experiences in Germany and Detroit, combining sports, career development, executive mentorship, and future-building opportunities.
Montclair, NJ — May 29 — The St. Brown Foundation and the Sports, Entertainment, Business Experience (SEBE) Foundation are proud to announce a strategic partnership designed to expand access, opportunity, and career development for college students through immersive NFL-based educational experiences in both Germany and Detroit. The International College Student Game Day Experience will take place in Munich, Germany, when the Lions host the Patriots, week 10, November 15, 2026.
This innovative collaboration will connect students to one-of-a-kind global and domestic experiences tied to the Detroit Lions’ international game in Germany, as well as the Lions Thanksgiving Day game at home in the United States. Through this initiative, participating students will gain unprecedented access to the business of sports while building meaningful relationships that can shape their futures.
The SEBE Foundation, founded by Avis Roper, is a national workforce and leadership development organization that uses live sports as a gateway to career exposure, professional development, and executive networking for college students. Through its flagship College Student Game Day Experience, an NFL-supported program, SEBE has already created transformative opportunities for students in nine NFL markets last season, helping participants expand their professional networks and gain firsthand insight into careers across the NFL ecosystem.
Through this new partnership, students selected for the Germany and Detroit experiences will participate in curated four-day, in-market immersions designed to provide:
• Executive networking opportunities with sports, business, and community leaders
• Behind-the-scenes exposure to NFL operations and career pathways
• Professional development programming focused on leadership and future planning
• Cross-cultural global experiences through international sports engagement
